ABSTRACT: This comprehensive study evaluated the dosimetric and clinical outcomes of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT), intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT), and volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT) in the treatment of localized prostate cancer.
