Abstract: Supply chain management (SCM) is an important aspect of any business, in which an effective and efficient SCM can determine the successful performance of the company. This paper discusses the relationship between control factors, distribution and human factors on supply chain management performance to improve the performance of supply chain management of subsidized fertilizer in Indonesia. Statistical analysis of structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to exploit the data that qualifies as many as 513, or 64% of the 800 questionnaires distributed at the study site. Overall, the findings of this study show how important control, distribution and human factors in improving the achievement of subsidized fertilizer supply chain management in Indonesia.
