Abstract: Around 35(58%) of students belong to the age of 16 years, 15(25 %) were in the age of 17 years, 10(17%) were in the age of 18 years. Around 24(40%) were males and 36(60%) were females. Majority of the 45(75%) were living in rural areas and 15(25%) were living in urban areas. Majority of the 48(80%) were Hindu, 8(13%) were Muslims, 03(5.0%) were Christian and 1(1.67%) are any others. Majority of were 44(73%) had income between Rs.5001-10000, 8(13%) had income between Rs.10001-15000, 5(8%) had income above Rs.15000 and 03(5%) had income below Rs.5000..............

Abstract: Central sterile supply department (CSSD) is in charge of the supply of sterile medical instruments for all departments, which is a key department of preventing hospital-associated infection. It is important to assess the work quality of CSSD personnel to ensure implementation of accurate and appropriate sterilization technique. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of the educational interventions regarding sterilization process on quality of work delivered at the central sterile supply department. Abstract: Performance appraisal system (PAS) plays a vital role in overall success of an organization. An appropriate appraisal system could possibly increase nurses' job satisfaction and empowerment to provide better services to the clients. Abstract: Effective collaboration among nurses and within organizations has been reported as an essential element to provide safe and effective therapeutic environment for patients. Therefore, the aim of this study was to explore the relation between nurse-nurse collaboration and missed nursing care among intensive care nurses. Descriptive correlational study design was used. Three tools were used to collect data; demographic data sheet, Nurse-Nurse Collaboration scale, and Missed Nursing Care Questionnaire. 216 nurse were selected randomly from ICUs of Zagazig University hospital and Ain Shams University Specialized Hospital, Egypt. Abstract: End stage renal disease (ESRD) is a chronic disease needing routine hemodialysis (HD) to substitute the failed kidneys' functions. Leg muscle cramps is commonly associated with HD. the aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of intra-dialytic stretching exercises on leg muscle cramp among hemodialysis patients. A quasi experimental design one group pre-post was used to evaluate the effectiveness of intra-dialytic stretching exercises on leg muscle cramp among hemodialysis patients at Kasr El-Einy Center for Urology, Nephrology and Renal Transplantation. Abstract: It is no more news that Nigeria is in Economic Recession. What is news, however, is how she comes out of it. The decline in economic activity cuts across every sphere of life, business, technology, industry, education, health etc. It remains pertinent, therefore, for us to examine the consequences of the recession on the citizenry. The implications of this on Nursing Education and Practice would undoubtedly be a topical issue for all thinking nurses. Abstract: His study has conducted at chandarnagar Dehradun. Statement was taken as a study to assess the effectiveness of structured teaching programme on knowledge of women of age 30-60 years regarding cervical cancer. Objective were to know the level of knowledge before and after administration of structured teaching program, Researcher used Pender health promotion model as conceptual frame work by the using of quantitative Research approach with pre experimental research design, sample size were 60.Research found in pre-test -25% women have inadequate level of knowledge and 8.33% have adequate level of knowledge. After administration of structured teaching programme level of knowledge increased as 100% adequate knowledge. Researcher found effectiveness of structured teaching program significant by the using to't' test (18.65) at level of P<0.05.

Abstract: Background: In the face of severe faculty shortages in constrained countries' resource-, electronic learning (e-learning) was providing the chance for improving access to nursing education. Utilization of e- learning can result in greater educational opportunities for students, and enhancing faculty effectiveness and efficiency. Learning styles could be unique to every individual. Therefore, it is essential to expose learners to different methods of teaching and learning to promote the learning process.
