Abstract: Background: With the dramatic rise in the rate of cesarean deliveries in the last two decades, postoperative pain management of these mothers has become a major nursing challenge. Although advances have been made in the understanding of pathophysiology of pain and development of new analgesics and delivery techniques, many women still suffer from moderate to severe post-cesarean pain. Reflexology is one of the used non-pharmacological therapies in pain practice but its effect on post-cesarean pain still under investigated in obstetric nursing practice. Therefore the aim of this study was to determine the effect of reflexology on post-cesarean pain. To fulfill the study aim a quasi experimental research design was used. Hypothesis: Mothers who receive foot reflexology (independent variable) show decreased post-cesarean pain intensity (dependent variable) than who do not receive the intervention. Abstract: Background: Hypertension is emerging as the leading cause of cardiovascular mortality which accounts for 20-50% of all deaths and is infect emerging as an epidemic. Abstract: Background: Peripheral venous catheter-associated phlebitis is caused by inflammation to the vein at a cannula access site. It can have a mechanical, chemical or infectious cause (Higginson & Parry, 2011). The present study aimed to identify nurse's actions regarding chemotherapy induced phlebitis. Abstract: The percentage of people with Colorectal Cancer (CRC) is on the increase, concurrently with an increase in the campaigns towards raising awareness of preventive medicine. Though the number of victims is still high, but with the continuous worldwide efforts to disseminate awareness, this number is expected to decline.
