Abstract: The professionalism of teachers can be reflected in the four competencies possessed by the teacher which consist of: pedagogical, personality, social, and professional competence. The level of professionalism of teachers is not only determined by the length of service, level education and experience, but also determined by the carrying capacity of the teachers institute in holding their career in form of local wisdom. Abstract: This research was aimed to describe the thinking processes of students in problem solving limits by reflective abstraction. This research was classified as exploratory research with qualitative descriptive approach. Subjects of this research were 21 students of IAIN Ambon and Pattimura University of Ambon. The data of test results or problem-solving task limit function by incorporating student think aloud and interviewing transcripts. Abstract: This study was designed to determine the effect of problem based learning on the academic achievement of first year science education undergraduate students of University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria on thermodynamics. The study adopted quasi experimental pretest posttest non randomized group control design. Two research questions and two hypotheses formulated guided the study. Abstract: This study examines the extent of transformation that has taken place in the Cross River State junior secondary education programme since the inception of the Universal Basic Education Scheme in Nigeria in 1999. The focus is on the adequacy of the human resources and infrastructural facilities and equipment. Abstract: E-learning is an attractive and efficient way for computer education. Students' interaction and collaboration also play an important role in e-learning. This study describes an interactive and collaborative web-based e-learning model, offering a variety of interactive and collaborative activities between students and teachers at remote locations. Abstract: This study aimed to obtain empirical data on the effect mastery of grammar and vocabulary against the descriptive writing skills of students. This research was conducted in private junior high school in Tangerang Regency with a total sample of 60 students from the three schools, namely SMP Insan Madani, SMP IT Al Hussein, and SMP Nurul Falah in the academic year 2013-2014. This research resulted in the research data that are a significant influence mastery of grammar and vocabulary together on descriptive writing skills of students, are a significant influence mastery of grammar in the ability to write descriptive students, and are a significant influence vocabulary mastery on descriptive writing skills of students. Abstract: This study investigates communication practices in the management of Colleges of education in South East Nigeria and the strategies that will help enhance the communication practices.
