Abstract: Purpose: This study aims to investigate the personal factors that impact university faculty members' satisfaction towards work from home (WFH) strategy. Based on the literature review, a proposed conceptual framework was developed, which contained three independent variables (need for interaction, expectations, and expertise) and one dependent variable (WFH satisfaction).
