Abstract: Purpose Mutual fund has of late become a prominent saving tool for people of India. The present study aims to determine the effect of profession of mutual fund investors on selection of mutual funds. Design/methodology/approach The research involves the collection of data from 94 respondents belonging to different profession as classified by the researcher.
