Abstract: This research Work introduces a novel control framework for distributed generation (DG) systems using fuzzy logic controllers integrated with a Unified Power Quality Conditioner (UPQC). The system addresses key challenges posed by the high penetration of intermittent renewable sources, such as solar PV and wind, alongside nonlinear loads that degrade power quality and system stability. Unlike conventional PID-based UPQCs, the proposed solution employs adaptive fuzzy logic controllers for two critical subsystems: battery energy management and power quality conditioning.........
