Abstract: This paper explores the pivotal role of dreams in shaping life satisfaction by influencing emotional well-being, cognitive processing, and psychological resilience. Dreams reflect waking emotional experiences, with emotionally charged events, whether positive or negative, being more likely to appear in dreams (Schredl, 2006). Positive dreams can foster creativity, emotional insight, and problem-solving, thereby enhancing personal fulfillment and emotional stability (Gilchrist, 2013; Coutts, 2023).
